These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it. Orders are additionally subject to the terms stated on our quotation and invoice.
Product information
Specifications published on this site are given in good faith and describe our standard products. Dimensions are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. We reserve the right to improve materials and production methods without notice.
Compatibility statements
Where we state that a product fits a terminal block made by another manufacturer, this is a statement of dimensional compatibility only. Connectwell, Salzer, Phoenix Contact, Schneider, Elmex are trademarks of their respective owners. Marking Tag Wala is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor for those companies. Customers should confirm fit against their own hardware before placing a bulk order — we are glad to supply samples for this purpose.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and prices are subject to change thereafter. An order is accepted only once we confirm it in writing. Custom-printed goods are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless defective.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes on despatch.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any product is limited to replacement of that product or refund of its purchase price. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
